The LCN Football Team is happy to offer workouts taking place on Wednesday evenings, from 7:00pm-8:30pm, through the month of May. These will consist of 1 hour in the weight room, and 30 minutes of speed & agility training. Please bring tennis shoes, dress in team colors, and a bring a positive mental attitude!
