Boys Basketball Conditioning

We will be hosting three days of conditioning prior to try-outs that begin on Jan. 16, 2020.

Monday, Jan.11^th 4:15 – 5:15

Wednesday, Jan.12^th 4:15 – 5:15

Thursday, Jan.14^th 4:15 – 5:15

The conditioning is recommended for boys interested in trying out for basketball this year.

Under the current epidemic order and guidance recently received from MDHHS, the only allowed in-person, face-to-face activity involving winter sport coaches and students is OUTDOOR CONDITIONING activities.

Due to the epidemic order, conditioning will be held on the track. Please dress appropriately. Bring your own water.
