LCN Girls Basketball will be holding Conditioning for all LCN GBB Players starting Jan 11 - Jan 14 from 3-4 PM.

We will be outside on the track, so please dress for the weather.

Monday 19th Open gym 7-9 pm
Tuesday 20th meeting in cafeteria for all girls interested 7:10 am
Monday 26th conditioning on the track 3 - 4 pm dress for weather
Tuesday 27th conditioning 3-4 pm
Wednesday 28th same
Thursday 29th same
 

November:
Monday 2nd conditioning continues 3-4 pm dress appropriately
Tuesday 3rd same (on the track)
Wednesday 4th same
Thursday 5th same
 

Monday 9th Tryouts start freshman-jv 5-7 pm, Varsity 7-9 pm
Tuesday 10th same, teams will be picked by end of the tryout.
Wednesday 11th freshman practice 3-5 pm,
Jv practice 430- 630
Varsity 400 - 630 pm
Thursday12th freshman practice 3-5 pm
Jv 430- 630
Varsity 3-530 pm
Friday 13th freshman 3-5 pm

1. You must have a physical on file before tryouts
2. All freshman and 10th graders will tryout together
3. First date of tryout, November 9th from 5-7 pm.
4. The tryout period will be Monday and Tuesday November 9-10
5. You will be notified that night if you have made the team or not.
6. You must be at tryouts to make the team.
7. No parents are allowed in practices or tryouts
