We will be hosting six days of conditioning prior to try-outs that begin on November 15th.

All 6 conditioning dates will run from 4:15-5:30 PM

We will be conditioning on the track! Please dress appropriately and bring your own water.

The conditioning is highly recommended for boys interested in trying out for basketball this year.
